MEET OUR STAFF
Hello! My name is Brittney Washington, and I
am the owner and director of Kyddie Karnival
24 Hour Learning Academy, which was
founded in 2009. I am a mother of two, and my
babies were the inspiration for me to start a
daycare. I was a single mother, and I learned
the hard way how difficult it is to have a career
and try to raise children on your own. Hence, I
decided that I would help as many single
mothers that I could by providing a safe and
welcoming environment where they could
leave their children while they went on to work.
Plus, I realized that the early ages of a child’s
life are the most crucial when it came to
getting them started on the right path so that
they can have the best chances of academic
and career success, which is why Kiddie
Karnival is more than just a daycare, it’s a
Learning Academy. All of our students are
immersed in a fun, creative, nurturing, and
learning environment which challenges each
child at his or her own rate of development. All
our kids are guided to have a feeling of
security, a sense of importance, and positive
self images. Since day one, my mission, and
the mission of Kyddie Karnvial has been to
produce, healthy, happy, well-adjusted,
intelligent children, and I hope you give me and
my staff a chance to transform your child’s life
for the better.

Hi, my name is Kierra Blanchard and I’m the
infant/toddler’s teacher. I found out at an early
age my love for children. That’s why I love
what I do. I am a caring person whose soul’s
purpose is to be everything I need to be for the
children I care for. I am an optimistic person
who always hopes for the best because I
believe positivity goes a long way when it
comes to dealing with children. I’m responsible,
respectful, and always remain professional at
work. The most important thing I want you to
know is that I am honest about everything I do
because I feel that’s the only way to gain the
trust of parents, so that they know and feel that
their children are in good hands when they
leave them in my care.
Hello, my name is Kaitlynn Lee, and I would like
to say thank you for trusting me and the rest of
our staff to provide your children with a loving
and caring environment where they can learn
and grow. I go beyond expectations because
the 1 year olds that I work with are very
intelligent. It is my goal to teach all my kids learn
how to write, say their names, count to 25, and
possibly read a page from a book in our library.
I know my goals are lofty, but I have high hopes,
and everyday you will get to see the new skills
your children are acquiring my class. I love all
the kids in my class and look forward to seeing
them everyday because it brings me joy and
encourages me to be the best teacher I can be.
Hello, my name is Jazmyne Blanchard and I’m
the supervisor in the infant’s area. I love what I
do and know that I want to continue to do it
forever. My love for the infants I work with is
genuine, because my position is my passion.
Everyday, on and off the clock, I am educating
myself on how to be the best teacher and care-
giver I can be. I am thrilled and proud to be a
member of the Kyddie Karnival staff and I thank
you for the opportunity to be involved in your
little ones’ lives where I get to share in watching
them learn and grow.
Hi, my name is Niaira Tilson, and I am a pre-
school, assistant teacher. I have years of
volunteer and work experience in early childhood
education. My purpose at Kyddie Karnival is to
enhance a learning and exploring environment
for my students. I am determined to bring
creativity to my classroom and making learning
fun and exciting. I have strong beliefs when it
comes to educating my students and I inspire
them to learn more everyday.
Hi, my name is Judith Johnson, and I am proud
to say that I have been a childcare professional
since 1999. I have a passion for being a part
of our future generation’s learning, growth, and
achievements. I pride myself on being one of
the first positive influences in their lives. I have
dedicated my professional life to educating
because my passion grows, each day, to make
sure the children I have taught will pass on the
gifts of learning and love to each other to bring
bring brighter futures to everyone. I want to
spread education and creativity, to every child I
encounter, as I strive to expand their minds and
build their confidence. My work doesn’t end in
the classroom. I am always attending education
workshops and seminars, as well as online
programs and courses so that I can keep up
with educational trends and be the best teacher
that I can be. My students inspire me just as
much as I inspire them, and I hope to teach and
inspire as many children as I can to make them

is one of the most rewarding jobs because they
